A training seminar “Contaminants in Foods: Metal Detector and X Ray, technical and legal issues” will be held on March 16, 2016 in Pescara, organised by Lex Alimentaria in partnership with MettlerToledo and Almater.
The seminar will deepen scientific, technical and legal aspects on the food chain physical contamination, with particular reference to metal detectors and x-rays. After identifying scientific and technical issues, current best practices will be analysed, adding a final review of all legal implications in terms of compliance, civil liability and criminal prosecutions.
