Representation in court and preventive counselling regarding food crimes

The Lex Alimentaria Department of Criminal Law assists food companies involved in criminal proceedings or trials for alleged fraud and food crimes. We assist legal or delegated representatives under investigation or defendants in criminal proceedings, including appeals against seizures and other restrictive measures.

Our services also include preventive campaigns, such as drafting of position descriptions, preparation of 231 Organisational Models, and counselling on food safety and commercial loyalty obligations.
